1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Duramart platform, including the website at duramart.in and the Duramart mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Duramart LLP, a company registered under the laws of India with its principal office at Rajkot, Gujarat.
By registering an account, scanning a QR code, redeeming points, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
✅ If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use the Duramart Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India
- Be a dealer, distributor, carpenter, contractor, retailer, or hardware professional engaged in the purchase of Duramart partner products
- Possess a valid Indian mobile number for OTP-based verification
- Not be barred or prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law
Duramart reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration
You must create an account to access the full features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:
- Never share your OTP, password, or account access with any third party
- Immediately notify Duramart of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
3.3 One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Duramart account. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional reward points or benefits constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
🚫 Duramart will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Rewards Program Overview
The Duramart Rewards Program allows registered users to earn reward points by purchasing and scanning QR codes on eligible Duramart partner products, and to redeem those points for discounts on future purchases or cash transfers to their bank accounts.
Duramart reserves the right to:
- Modify the reward structure, point values, or redemption rates at any time
- Add or remove eligible products from the rewards program
- Introduce new reward categories or redemption options
- Suspend or discontinue the rewards program with 30 days' prior notice
⚠️ Reward points have no monetary value outside of the Duramart Platform and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or exchanged except as expressly permitted by Duramart.
5. Earning Points
5.1 QR Code Scanning
Points are earned by scanning the unique QR code printed on eligible Duramart partner products using the Duramart mobile application. Each product has a pre-assigned point value.
5.2 Point Crediting Rules
- Each QR code can only be scanned once. Duplicate scans will not be credited.
- The QR code must be scanned within 90 days of the product's manufacture date (as encoded in the QR).
- Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of a successful scan.
- Duramart reserves the right to reverse points if fraud or manipulation is detected.
5.3 Point Expiry

5.4 Bonus & Promotional Points
Duramart may from time to time run promotions offering bonus points. Such promotions are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of the promotion and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
6. Redeeming Points
6.1 Redemption Options
- Purchase Discount: Apply points as a discount when purchasing products on Duramart
- Cash Transfer: Convert points to INR and transfer to your registered bank account (minimum redemption: 500 points = ₹50)
6.2 Redemption Processing
Cash redemption requests are processed within 5–7 working days. Duramart is not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries.
6.3 Tax Liability
Any tax liability (including TDS under Section 194R of the Income Tax Act) arising from reward redemptions is the sole responsibility of the user. Duramart may deduct applicable taxes at source before processing cash transfers.
6.4 Non-Transferability
Reward points are personal to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred to another user under any circumstances.
⚠️ Duramart reserves the right to withhold or reverse redemptions if the associated account is under investigation for fraudulent activity.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Duramart Platform. Violation may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all points, and legal action:
- Scanning QR codes from products not legitimately purchased by you
- Reproducing, forging, or manipulating QR codes
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts to earn additional points
- Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform
- Colluding with other users, dealers, or distributors to fraudulently earn points
- Uploading false documents or misrepresenting your identity or business
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the Platform's software
- Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Duramart's systems
🚫 Duramart employs advanced fraud detection systems. Any detected fraud will result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Duramart Platform, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, text, graphics, user interface design, software, and QR code system, is the exclusive intellectual property of Duramart LLP and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without written permission
- Use the Duramart name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Platform
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duramart LLP, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
- Loss of reward points due to technical errors, server downtime, or force majeure events
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
- Any reliance on information provided on the Platform
- Delays in point crediting or cash redemption processing
In any event, Duramart's total liability to you shall not exceed the monetary equivalent of the reward points held in your account at the time of the claim.
✅ The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
10. Account Termination
10.1 Termination by Duramart
Duramart reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on your account
- You provide false or misleading information during registration
- Required by law or legal process
Upon termination for cause, all accumulated reward points will be immediately forfeited with no right of recovery.
10.2 Termination by User
You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before deletion, you may redeem any valid points you have accumulated. Points cannot be redeemed or transferred after account closure.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration clause above, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India for any matters not subject to arbitration.
13. Changes to Terms
Duramart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through:
- A prominent notice on the Platform for at least 30 days
- A push notification via the Duramart mobile app
- An email or SMS to your registered contact details
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
